Three Strikes and You're Out!

I am so frustrated with today that I don't even know what to 'title' it!

I woke up, took my truck to Jiffy Lube to get safety/emissions done so I could register it, and I FAILED safety! There's some problem with my steering and one of my tires is loose "it could be just the ball bearings, but I'm not sure" I was told. Nice. So I made arrangements to drop off my truck tomorrow night at the shop so it can get looked at Monday morning.

I came home cleaned up our storage closet. I was feeling pretty good about things, I loaded up my truck with stuff to take to my storage unit, got in my truck, and somehow ended up rear-ending my roommate's car. BLAH! Damage: a hole in her bumper from the hook I have on the front end of my truck. The entire bumper needs to be replaced. Insurance or Out-of-Pocket? (I think the car had the right idea about what happened: ICK. haha)

I took my stuff down to my storage unit (after telling my roommate what happened), came home, and cleaned my room. I laid down for a few minutes, then got up and went to my brother's so he could do my taxes. Good news: I don't owe. Bad news: to file electronically, I need my AGI from last years taxes. More bad news: I don't know where my paperwork is from last year. There's a number I can call on Monday to talk to somebody who will give me that number, but if I can't get it from them, I have to mail both Federal and State... taking forever to get my refunds.

I hung out with my brother and his wife for a few hours, then came home and got on the computer. I am going to find some food now - since it's almost 8pm and I haven't eaten anything all day (not even an exaggeration). Peace.
