I'm Still Here

Thank you to those who have inquired about my well being, since I have not made a blog post in a long time.

I am still here, I have been so busy with play practices and now play performances I just have not had a moment to do a post.

Hopefully by next week I will have fun stories and pictures to post... Keep checking!

Long Weekend

Hooray for long weekends!!
I don't have to work tomorrow because it's a teacher development day (or something like that). I will VERY MUCH enjoy my day off and being able to sleep in!

Everyone have a good weekend!!!

Good Pick Me Up

I was getting ready to go to lunch today and a little kindergarten child stopped me in the hall and handed me an envelope, saying "This is for you". There was a package of gum attached to the envelope. I went into the office and this is what I read:

"Dear Miss O thank you for hellping the kids at recess. I appreciated is when you gave me a bandaid when I was hurt. Your example makes me want to help people too sincerely _______"

I got all warm and fuzzy inside when I read this. I almost felt like crying... such a cutie to bring me a note! Totally made my day! :)

I have been meaning for a long time to do this post. I was at Stacey's a long time ago and she had been given some of these tomatoes. We pulled one out of the bag and it had it's 'green hair'. We put it back and pulled it out again and it's hair had fallen off. We made a joke about Bobee (rhymes with toupee)'s toupee falling off.

So here is a picture of Bobee

Here is Bobee after his toupee fell off

It was fun for me to try and put the faces on him... I think I did a pretty good job :) (all things considered....)
