I took this picture one of the many times I went up the canyon. I generally do not get such cool shots, but I was very proud of this one. The icicle is in complete focus and you can see through it. I love it!
Even heard the song "Catch a Falling Star?" How about a snowflake? This picture is an actual, true-to-life snowflake that I caught on my coat during a recess (I have to wear orange, in an effort to signal any sort of life-forms in outer space who may be watching). I happened to have my camera in my pocket and thought, what the heck, I'll take a picture. It turned out really well I thought :)
There was another day when there were deer in the yard, eating the stuff they eat... I was watching them through my bedroom windows and was ready at the right time, in the right place. This totally reminds me of 'Where's Waldo?'.
I love when I get good pictures like these, they make me happy. I don't always get the best shots, but I don't complain... at least I have a camera to take pictures with in the first place! :)

That snowflake is so cute. I don't know if cute is the right word to explain him... but I love it!
You know how you have to type in a verification word to enter comments... well the word they want me to enter right now is: nowness.
Let's make up a definition for that word... your orange, UFO attracting, life-guard duty jacket is totally nowness.
