Pretty Sun

The other day (really, last week) I was out at recess and noticed something that I'd not ever seen before... a rainbow AROUND the sun! Granted, I didn't look straight at the sun, but I was wearing sunglasses and standing in the shade of a basketball backboard. Since I had a camera with me, I was able to get a few pictures of it. These were the best ones to turn out. I've sent an email to the weather guys at channel 5 to see if they can tell me why it happened and what it's called, so as soon as I hear anything I'll post it and let everyone know.
