What to say, what to say...

I don't know how ready I am to come back to work after such a great weekend (tho last weekend was much better because I was camping!). Anyway... Friday night we had a Monster Mash Halloween party/dance at the elementary. It was so very fun! I was babysitting my nephew, Jarren, so I got to bring him. He had fun dancing to the tunes!
Saturday I went up to West Valley to do some yard work for my grandma. It took a couple of hours, but with the help of Becky and her kids it didn't seem that long :) We got lunch then drove back to Pleasant Grove and went to her kids' school to let them play and get all their wiggles out. We had fun playing on the equipment too... I don't have pictures on my computer yet, but when I do I'll post some. After playing we went back to her house and made dinner and watched the Rays/Phillies game. Such an intense game.
Yesterday I was able to go to my friend's ward (after my own Sacrament Meeting) and hear her and her husband speak. Fantastic talks by both! They are in a ward I was in 14 or so years ago... so there were older people trying to figure out why I looked familiar to them and younger people (kids who come to the elementary) trying to figure out if it really was Miss O in their ward (and I'm sure also trying to figure out why I was there). A cute kindergartner came up and gave me a huge hug! After that meeting I went back to my ward for choir practice, then off to home.
I was in bed by 8 o'clock last night, and asleep soon thereafter. My roommate woke me up just after 10 and I talked with her until 10:30 when she left for work. I went back to sleep and got up this morning at 8:20. Today was a pretty good day! A sloppy joe for lunch and nachos for a snack after lunch recess :) Gotta love it!

Your weekend would have been better if you had remembered that I turned the Big 5-0 on October 26!
