Complaint Jar
This is not my idea, but one that I think would be a good idea...
If people had to pay money to be able to complain, how much less complaining would there be? I know I'd be having to pay a lot of money - especially today (I'm having a bad day).
It reminds me of the teacher who has their kids write down "tattles" in a book, and she addresses them once a week (or something like that). It cuts down on the tattling to her, and she is able to manage her classroom more easily.
That's my thought for the day. Perhaps I'll post again later today or tomorrow. Or in a week.

In my class I had a 'Sheriff' that the kids had to go to for minor issues (especially outside). I had a little sheriff badge and everything. If it was bullying or dying, they came directly to me. We also had a paramedic (someone got hurt, only the paramedic could go with or for them to the office). I actually had a job for every kid in the class. But, those two helped with tattling and whatnot. =) LOVE kids!
