T-minus 7 days before I leave on vacation.
June has been a busy month. I got all of my pictures and music cds copied onto my hard-drive. (and that is a task if you know how many pictures and music cds I have!)
I finished a cross stitch, which is now hanging above my piano:
Helped build this fence around the yard, suffering sunburn, dehydration, and slivers galore (but it was all worth it!):
Started cleaning and organizing my apartment.
Spending time with my niece and nephews - the boys are up from Arizona and it's very fun seeing them again. I miss them.
Participated in helping find all 13 gnomes at Thanksgiving Point Dinosaur Museum (for the second time).
Was able to enjoy the "frog song" at Thanksgiving Point Gardens.
I've hung out with different friends at various times during the month.
Performed a piano duet in church with the awesome Brady (who had also competed in the Distinguished Young Women of Alpine!)
Was supposed to attend the Manti Pageant, but ended up not feeling well :(
Here's what I'm going to do before I leave next week:
have dinner with a couple of different friends (not at the same time), finish cleaning and organizing my apartment, family party, softball team party (in case you didn't know, I assistant coached a 7th/8th grade girls softball team. It was fun!), birthday party, cutting and coloring my hair, and packing for my trip.
I'm sure there will be more things going on, but those are the ones coming to my head this very second.
I have been blessed with so many wonderful friends... I wish I could hang out with all of you before I leave for the rest of the summer. If anyone sees my truck driving around town while I'm gone, it's not stolen; just being used ;)
I can't think of anything else to say just now. Since it's after 2 in the morning, I'll post this and go to bed. If I think of anything else to say after I wake up, I'll let you know.
