Bittersweet

As today is the last full day of school I have many different emotions, but the two obvious ones:

• I am so glad that summer is here and I can travel and visit my friends.
• I am so glad that my friends like to have me visit and open their homes to me.
• I am so glad that I don't have to wake up 'early' anymore and can sleep in
  
  
  
• I am sad because many of the faculty/staff that I've worked with for many years are leaving.
• I am sad because some of the kids I'm friends with will not be here next year.
  
• I am sad because one of my best friends is moving away.
