Dance Your Cares Away

Every other year, we have a dance festival at the school. Last Friday, we had our dance festival and it was a lot of fun! All the grade levels learn a dance, then we all meet on the back field and dance for the rest of the school and parents who want to come watch. The kids love it.
I'll try to remember the dance each grade did, but no promises :)
Our Kindergarten classes did the Chicken Dance. It is my most favoritest dance ever!!

The First Grade did some Cowboy dance.

Second Grade did the Chinese Ribbon Dance. (Somehow I only ended up with one picture of Second Grade... sad)

Third Grade did the Cowboy Polka - I remember learning that dance when I was in Third Grade :)

Our Preschool classes did the Tu-da-ta Dance. Very Fun!

Fourth Grade did their dance from the Hope of America. The United States of America.

Fifth Grade did the Twist.

Sixth Grade did the Electric Slide - another dance I remember learning when I was in Sixth Grade :)

Such a fun 'end of school' party that we all look forward to! The faculty and staff normally also do the Hokey Pokey, but the principal was gone this year, so we didn't have to do it :)
