Mr. Stephenson (principal) didn't like the '50's everywhere, so he tore off the one side to make it '30'... pretty ingenious. The same person who decorated everything came back and added a '1' in front - therefore making his age '130'. Good times!Oh! Some third graders also made him a snowman for his birthday... it's very hard to see right here, but they added sticks for arms and a face. Very cute. Not very nice older kids went over and knocked the head off, then by the time afternoon recess came it was nothing more than a pile of snow. Sad.
