I was having a really 'hard' day today. I was angry, yelled a lot, felt bad for yelling, and was just generally grumpy. I woke up feeling that way, and felt that way most of the day (right now, I'm doing a little bit better). After I ate lunch, I got back to the office when a teacher walks in and puts this (Raccoon cookie jar) on the desk in front of me. I asked her why she was giving it to me and she says, "Because when you came to my room the other day, you noticed it right away."
What a kind hearted person! We did talk about raccoon when I was in her room, but never did I expect or even think that she would give it to me!!
I will forever treasure this kind gift and the kind soul who gave it to me. She made my day just a little brighter :)
