Oh... Right.

For the past couple of days, there has been a child in morning Kindergarten who picks up pieces of trash during recess. I think it's great, but he always comes to show me the trash (or give it to me), so every day, I tell him to throw it in the garbage can. Today, I was talking with another teacher and he came up with some trash, and I took a hold of it.
As I was talking still, I looked down at the trash in my hand and noticed it was a wrapper of some sort. It looked like a lemon scented moist towelette wrapper - you know, the kind you get from Wingers or somewhere that has messy (yummy) food :) I turned it over to see if my distracted guess was right.
I could not have been more wrong!! In my hand, I held a piece of trash that I have NEVER seen before on the playground in the 9 years I've worked there! I showed the teacher I was talking with and she took this picture of it. I decided that having this wrapper on the playground would be a good 'adventure' post - if not for me then at least for the people who used it. Ha.

It was freshly dropped... if you notice the expiration date. It makes me laugh still to think about it. I really really hope that it was accidentally dropped and not used on the playground - cuz that would be so D.I.S.G.U.S.T.I.N.G. After this picture was taken, I did throw it in the trash and then I washed my hands. Yuck.

Please let there be no more tomorrow...
I wonder if there had been kids on the roof - and they left it laying there and the wind blew it down. Hmmm.

That is 100% hilarious! We've found a few on our school property. Gross to think about on a playground, but funny nonetheless!!
