Lesson #11

So, I realized last night that I taught Relief Society last week and didn't post about it. Here we go...

My lesson was about The Restoration of All Things: The Dispensation of the Fulness of Times. I started with talking about a few of the points that hit me most when I was preparing... Ummm, since it's been a week I'm having remember-y problems ;) Well, however I started it we ended up focusing on visiting teaching. We discussed reasons why we don't do our visiting teaching and how if we each start with ourselves, then eventually the church as a whole will be more ready and prepared for the Second Coming.
I tied everything back in to the topic at hand, ended with my testimony, and added that I was glad this was my last lesson of the year. With that comment, some of the girls asked if I was moving or something. I laughed and said "No. I'm not moving. It's December, so I don't have to teach anymore this year."

I can't believe I've taught 11 times now! I don't feel any better about this last lesson than I did with the first one. I still get so super nervous, but I think maybe it's not nearly as bad as I thought it would have been. 2010 will bring new adventures...
